The story takes place in a city called "Wind Festival". Tennoji Kotaro (voiced by Morita Seiichi) is an ordinary high school student who lives a peaceful life. The annual harvest festival is coming, and this lively and cheerful festival has plunged the entire city into a sea of joy and restlessness. Kotaro accepted a job to find news clues, so he began to run around the city. In the process, strange events and mysterious creatures that only exist in urban legends gradually surfaced. At the same time, many strange things happened around Kotaro that puzzled him. For this reason, Kotaro found Chisato Akane (voiced by Kitamura Eri), the president of the Supernatural Research Society, hoping that the latter could answer his doubts. Who knew that during the investigation of the two, Kotaro's friends were caught in the storm one after another.
