Saori (played by Erika Jirisawa) was once an idol who radiated light and hope on the stage, but the glory of the past has long faded. Now she works as a cashier in a supermarket, without motivation and hope for future life. The whole person is lifeless as if she has sunk into a quagmire. The only person Saori can reveal her inner heart is Ryoko, a Russian shorthair cat raised at home. Every day in the dead of night, Saori chats with Ryoko. As time goes by, Ryoko gradually begins to have hallucinations, thinking that he is a human being and Saori's boyfriend. By chance, Saori met an unknown little painter. The presence of the painter gradually changed Saori's negative attitude towards life. The distance between the two is getting closer and closer, and Ryoko sees all this.
