Russell Hutch (Jean-Claude Van Damme) is an Interpol agent who takes on the role of a father figure to Jaden after Jaden's biological father was killed in a routine raid. Years later, Hutch finds himself protecting Jaden and his grandfather as they face an all-out territorial war between a group of ruthless gangs; Hutch will stop at nothing to protect Jaden and fight anyone who gets in his way.
