Mia (Daniah De Villiers), an 11-year-old girl, came to South Africa from London with her family and lived in a local farm. After leaving her familiar hometown, the vast plains of Africa did not attract Mia's attention. On the contrary, Mia missed her past city life all the time. Since moving here, her young face has less smiles and more haze. One day, a new member was born on the farm-a little lion named Charlie. The arrival of the little lion made Mia regain her happiness. Every day of living with Charlie, there are new surprises waiting for Mia to dig. However, as time goes by, Charlie grows up slowly, and his aggressiveness and danger increase day by day.
