During the Northern Song Dynasty, a series of bizarre cases occurred in the Guangwen Hall of the Imperial College, in which students died with blood coming out of their seven orifices while holding a hibiscus flower. Guo Yuanjing, Liu Qing and Zhang Da Neng, two well-known playboys in the capital, were listed as key suspects. The three were unwilling to be wrongly accused, so they formed a crime-solving team with a beautiful foreign girl to investigate the murder, but they were involved in a bigger conspiracy.
