This drama is adapted from the Korean movie "Young Police". It tells the story of Honma Kai (Nakajima), an intellectually superior theoretical student in the police academy, and Ichinose Jiro (Hirano), a straightforward, emotional and action-oriented student. The two people with opposite personalities use the knowledge they learned in the police academy to work together to solve unsolved cases, despite being scarred.
