Cong Lin (played by Ren Suxi), who is in his early thirties, could never have imagined that another "searching trip" in the Gobi Desert with his brother Cong Lai (played by Li Chen) would be pushed to the brink of death by a sandstorm. His brother is seriously injured, and Cong Lin must go forward alone to find a ray of hope for both lives.
