The film is directed by Stefano Sollima and written by Taylor Sheridan. It is based on Tom Clancy's novel of the same name. It tells the story of former special forces soldier John Clark (Jordan) whose girlfriend was killed by a drug trafficking organization. But just when he decided to take revenge, Washington executives asked him to complete a secret mission to rescue senior military officers. Jamie Bell is still in final negotiations to join the film.
