Bankrupt Sheriff Ben Watts (Bruce Willis) guards the secrets of the wealthy residents of a small Georgia town. One day, three criminals took the town's famous doctor hostage, and Mayor Charles put pressure on the sheriff to kill the three criminals and eliminate all witnesses.
