Bergman Island tells the story of a pair of American filmmakers, Chris (Vic Krieps) and Tony (Tim Roth), who travel to the mysterious island of Fårö for the summer. In this wild, breathtaking landscape where Bergman lived and filmed his most famous works, they hope to find inspiration for their upcoming film. As the days spent apart pass, Chris's obsession with the island begins and mementos of her first love resurface. The lines between reality and fiction will gradually blur, driving the couple further apart.
