The story follows a New Jersey high school football team that crash-lands in a mysterious forest on their way to the national championship game. As the girls try to forage for food to survive, an unexpected pregnancy and a freezing winter create an interesting craving... for human flesh. Switching between the past and present, a select group of survivors work to unravel the mystery of their real-life accident that occurred 25 years ago.
