The play tells the story of a female detective Chen Sixin who is full of justice and takes office in Jiangcheng. She accidentally forms a partnership with Yuan Bujie, a dream interpreter who possesses mysterious dream interpretation skills but is trapped in a dark past, and they work together to find the truth behind a series of local serial murders.
