This drama is adapted from the manga of the same name. It tells the story of Yukiya (Watanabe), the second son of one of the most prominent Ise Zaibatsu in Japan, who grew up being persecuted by his relatives as the child of his lover. Yukiya, who left home to become independent, met Erika (Takimoto), the woman destined for him, and felt "happiness" for the first time in his life. The two got married, thinking that such happiness would last forever. But Erika did whatever it took to get what she wanted. In order to take the Ise Zaibatsu for herself, she became pregnant with the child of Yukiya's brother Masayuki and remarried with his brother. The "cuckold husband" who was persecuted by his hometown and betrayed by his beloved wife swore from the bottom to revenge on the Ise Zaibatsu.
